Somebody asked once asked me, how can you determine the race outcome by numbers if you don’t know anything about horses, trainers or jockeys?

That is a really good question, because I can promise you that at EP we don’t follow any particular horses, trainers or jockeys. We just go by the numbers.

Let’s look at the horse itself….

1. It carries a weight – that is a number

2. It runs a distance  – that is a number

3. It runs at a speed – that is a number

4. What is the horses rating – that is a number

5. What are the horses form statistics – they are numbers

Let’s look at the track….

1. It has a track condition – that is a number

2. It has statisitcs about winners and records – they are numbers

Let’s look at the trainer….

1. There are statistics about wins  & losses – they are numbers

Let’s look at the jockey….

1. Where does the jockey sit on the jockey table – that is a number

2. What is the jockey weight – that is number

3. What are the jockey statistics – they are numbers

Let’s look at jockey & track combinations….

1. There is lots of information available at how well a jockey performs at a track. This is expressed in terms of numbers

Let’s look at trainer & jockey combinations….

1. What are the statisics about Trainer / Jockey combinations – they are numbers

Let’s look at horse & jockey combinations….

1. What are the statistics about Horse & Jockey combinations – they are numbers

Let’s look at horse & track combinations….

1. How many times has the horse won at this track – it is a number

2. How many times has the horse won or placed with this track condition – it is a number

3. How many times has the horse won or placed on this track at this distance – it is a number

And so on, and so on and so on….

Describing a Trade by numbers is not that hard, it is the combination of numbers that has taken years of extensive research. The EP System finds the races that best suit the numbers using proprietory combinations of numbers and presents you with an opportunity to make a Trade.

Do we need to know what a horses name is, or who the trainer is? Sure don’t. Everythng is described in numbers. It is the numbers that we need to know.
